Crowns and bridges are made from porcelain and gold alloy. The porcelain can be made to match natural tooth colour and is resistant to staining. The gold provides the strength hardness and durability which is most useful for molars as these are the main chewing teeth.
On your first visit our dentist at springhill dental will reshape your teeth to make room for either crown or bridge and an impression is then taken. This impression is then sent to a dental technician who will make the crown or bridge.

A temporary acrylic crown or bridge is fitted during the intervening period to protect the teeth.
